Sandeepa (Sandy) Kaleida, CEO
Sandy Kaleida founded Sigma Resources in 1998, and as CEO, has grown the company into a full-service information technology provider with offices in the United States and in India. At Sigma, Ms. Kaleida has successfully focused enterprise resources on bringing together top IT talent and organizations in need of IT expertise – and establishing mutually beneficial, long-lasting partnerships with our clients.
Prior to starting Sigma, Ms. Kaleida worked as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting in their Public Sector practice. At Deloitte, Ms. Kaleida specialized in the management of large custom development projects, most notably for the State of California and the State of Delaware.
Ms. Kaleida has a Masters of Education – Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BS in Management Information Systems from Slippery Rock University.
Brian Kaleida, President
As president, Brian Kaleida is responsible for client delivery, operations, finance, and talent development. With deep experience in applying technology to business problems in unique and creative ways, Mr. Kaleida brings knowledge of, and success in, building efficient and focused teams to solve complex problems.
In addition to his executive role at Sigma Resources, Mr. Kaleida serves as the CIO for SAE International with responsibility for technology strategy as well as the development and delivery of digital product, enterprise systems, and infrastructure. Mr. Kaleida also has decades of experience as a technology entrepreneur, as well as a Senior Consultant with leading systems integrators.
Mr. Kaleida holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh – Katz School of Business and a BS in Computer Sciences from Penn State University.
John Lucke, Senior Vice President – Corporate Development
John Lucke is responsible for expanding Sigma Resources business in its core IT sectors, as well as leading business development activities in new business sectors. Mr. Lucke has additional responsibilities for strategic partnerships, corporate communications and mergers & acquisitions.
Mr. Lucke has led entrepreneurial / growth initiatives, and commercialized cutting-edge technologies, for companies ranging from global enterprises to start-up businesses. With executive experience in diverse business sectors, including healthcare, IT, education, government, marketing / media, retail and consumer goods, Mr. Lucke will accelerate Sigma Resources’ development of new products and expansion into new classes of trade.
Mr. Lucke has a MBA from Rutgers University and a BS in Marketing from Boston College – Carroll School of Management.
